Your Day Spa Experience

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction while retreating in our beautiful Mooloolaba Day Spa. Below is information about simple Day Spa etiquette to help you make the most of your time with us. 

For your first visit, and for your first Facial or Body treatment, allow 15 minutes extra to fill out your personal profile and undertake a complete consultation. If possible, allow extra time before your appointment to relax and unwind. The more relaxed you are at the start of your service, the more rejuvenated you will feel afterward. 

Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance. For all Body treatments we provide disposable wear. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving The Waterfall Day Spa Mooloolaba to guarantee your service when you need it. Services for spa packages or groups may require bookings further in advance than services booked individually. Treatments can be customized to individual needs and may differ occasionally. 

Parents please note: It is essential to make child care arrangements for any spa/beauty services. For your complete relaxation and the comfort of others we ask that you turn your mobile phone off prior to service. Ask our Spa Co-ordinator about the best day spa treatment enhancement options when booking your treatments.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. Less than 24 hours notice will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Less than 3 hours or no-show will be charged at100% of the treatment cost. To secure your booking we do require a deposit or your credit card details. Gift Vouchers will also be forfeited if you do not show-up for your appointment.
